I ordered something from rubynz.com after checking out the photos and description, and it looked nice online. But when it arrived, it just didn’t match what I was expecting. The size felt off, and the material wasn’t like what the listing made it seem. The photos definitely made it look better than it was in person. I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t fully trust the product descriptions next time.

I reached out to support and ended up waiting way longer than I expected. When they finally got back to me, the answer didn’t really clear things up, so I was kind of left where I started. Not exactly the smoothest experience.

I don’t know, I just feel like the sustainability info is thin. Like, it’s mentioned, but not really enough to understand what they’re actually doing. Could definitely be more transparent there.

The box was really thin and arrived crushed on one side, and the items inside were basically just rattling around with barely any padding. I don’t know how many times this needs to be said, but fragile stuff needs proper packaging. It felt rushed and cheap, not what I expected.

I put it on and pretty much knew right away it wasn’t going to work. The fabric felt really scratchy, and my brain just went, nope, not wearing this all day.

I thought it worked well at first, and for a while I was happy with it. But after a few months of my regular use, it started showing wear more than I expected. It’s not bad, I just wouldn’t call it super tough.

It did get sorted eventually, but yeah, it was way later than I expected. Bit frustrating, honestly.
